Testing is the final step before the product leaves our factory, and we take it seriously. We test every panel, every piece of wiring, every circuit board: we ensure it functions as expected, is safe for the user, and meets agreed-upon specifications. We know that a production failure costs a lot in time, money, and reputation. That’s why we check everything first, to avoid surprises later.

A Systematic and Instrumental Testing Protocol

Our testing protocol relies on state-of-the-art measuring instrumentation and dedicated test benches capable of simulating real operating conditions. From electrical continuity checks to insulation tests, every control is executed following systematic methodologies that leave no room for uncertainty.

Our specialized activities include:

• Functional tests on electrical cabinets: Complete checks of control logic, power distribution, and protection systems response.
• Industrial wiring verifications: Instrumental tests to ascertain connection integrity, absence of short circuits, and correct point-to-point correspondence.
• Electronic card control and test: Diagnostic analysis of circuits and components to validate correct signal management.
• Customized verification procedures: Development of specific testing protocols on client’s request, adapted to particular application conditions or sector regulations.
